1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Rick Online Tech (rickonlinetech.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all retailers, distributors, and partners using our B2B recharge and payment services.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To become an authorized agent, you must:

• Provide valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN Card).
• Ensure the mobile number provided is active and belongs to you.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (ID and Password).

3. Services & Wallet Usage

Rick Online Tech provides a digital wallet for recharges and bill payments. Agents must ensure sufficient balance is maintained to process requests. Payments made to load the wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any service on the portal.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the portal for any fraudulent or money-laundering activities.
• Attempting to hack, bypass, or interfere with the security of the payment gateway.
• Sharing agent IDs with unauthorized third parties.

6. Commission & Payouts

Commissions are subject to change based on operator (Jio, Airtel, etc.) policies. Rick Online Tech reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice on the agent dashboard.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if any suspicious activity is detected or if the agent violates any terms mentioned in this agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
